The cottages have been tastefully decorated and furnished, capturing the traditional homely atmosphere of a Cumbrian farm cottage. In the lounge there is a colour TV, DVD/Video player as well as a CD, Radio & Cassette player, games, a large file containing details of walks and climbs within the North Western lakes and a selection of books
The cottage comprises of two bedrooms; one twin bedded room and one with a double and single bed. The room pictured is an ideal family room as it includes a double bed, single bed as well as a cot. The bathroom includes a shower, wash basin, toilet and a razor socket.
	The Kitchen/Dining area is well equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The cottage is fully central heated, which is included in the rent. Electricity is through a pre-paid meter. Everything necessary is provided with the exception of towels and tea towels.

Exterior

All guests have full use of the spacious grounds and delightful patio garden which captures the summer evening sunshine, making the barbecue a firm favourite with guests.
There is ample private off road parking at the front of the cottage, as well as secure out buildings which may be used by guests who, for example, may bring bikes.
